Barbara Fazekas is an entrepreneur and education expert. Having seen and managed numerous digital projects, Barbara knows firsthand the challenges and triumphs of fostering diversity in male-dominated fields. Currently, she is focusing on her latest venture, Bobcats Coding, a digital product development company whose corporate missions include maximizing the proportion of women in their tech team. Barbara's 13-year journey spans pivotal roles in education and tech. As Sales and Marketing Director at Budapest Metropolitan University, she magnetized international talent to Hungarian education. During her career, she was also the founder and CEO of Green Fox Academy, where she also strived to make the IT profession attractive to as many people as possible, paying special attention to involving women. Barbara also shaped policy as a board member of the Hungarian IT Association from 2017 to 2022. Through every venture, she's not just opening doors, she's building new pathways for women in tech.

Róbert Horváth has been working in training and development since 2008, specializing in organizational efficiency and leadership development. In 2012, he participated in the Heim Group's (U.S.) train-the-trainer program, which sharpened his focus on the gender diversity aspects of organizational efficiency. At his previous role in a large telecom company, Robert was actively involved in training female leaders, conducting workshops and events for hundreds of current and future leaders. He approaches diversity primarily from an organizational efficiency perspective, firmly believing that a well-balanced gender composition leads to more effective operations and better results. Robert is committed to raising awareness about diversity in organizations, helping them achieve optimal functioning and fostering a more encouraging atmosphere.
