Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery activities, conducting user interviews, and running research to understand user needs. 

• Understand the business goals and work closely with the client and challenge them to make sure we’re solving the right problems.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Break down complex problems into manageable slices and lead the prioritization with the product team (designer and engineers). Balance new features, technical debt, and enhancements while setting priorities and timelines.

• Make data-informed decisions and set success metrics to ensure we are targeting the right opportunities for growth.

• Be a team player, collaborate closely with the product team.

• Manage stakeholder expectations by considering diverse priorities to set realistic delivery dates.

We are looking for someone with:

​

• Hands-on agile experience with building SaaS products;

• Experience leading product vision, creating a roadmap and product strategy;

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically;

• Experience in leading product discovery: identifying user pain points, prioritizing them, and ideating solutions with the cross-functional team;

• Knowledge of experimentation, who knows how to iterate quickly;

• Experience with breaking down complex problems and prioritizing its slices;

• Strong collaboration skills, who is a good team player, and can solve potential conflicts productively;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making (we use Google Analytics and Datadog);

• Empathy, towards the end-users, the client and the cross-functional team;

• Proactivity, you foresee potential issues and can collaboratively work on preventing or responding to them;

• Flexibility, so you can handle changing business goals, working with different time zones, and experimenting with new approaches;

• An Intercultural mindset, we work with clients with multicultural backgrounds.
